Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Clearance or personalized items are non-returnable.

Free Returns for U.S. Customers

We offer free merchant return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. LissaPin covers all return shipping costs for domestic orders; no additional fees will be charged to you for returning eligible items.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@lissapin.shop with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including reimbursement for original shipping costs.
