Our 30-day free return policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free for all U.S. customers. Follow these easy steps to initiate a return, and remember – we cover all return shipping costs for eligible items (no merchant fees applied).
Email our dedicated return support at info@lissapin.shop with your order number, product name, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund).
Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a personalized return confirmation and pre-paid return label for eligible U.S. returns. No return shipping costs will be charged to you – we cover all merchant return shipping fees.
Package your eligible item in its original packaging, attach the pre-paid return label, and drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier location (USPS/UPS). Keep the return tracking number for your records.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility (unused condition, original packaging). We will notify you via email within 2-3 business days of receipt to confirm approval or rejection of your return.
For approved returns, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the transaction is complete.
- Clearance/personalized items are non-returnable.
- Damaged/defective items require photo proof (sent with your return request) for expedited processing.
